After the 24-hour window, your order may already be in processing. While we will do our best to accommodate late requests, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has moved into the fulfillment or shipping stage.
2. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and shipped within 3–6 business days after processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and may instead qualify for return under our Return and Refund Policy.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
